Welcome to OT! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OT mobile application and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using OT, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About OT

OT is a platform that connects travelers with individuals who need items delivered to specific locations. OT does not directly buy, sell, or deliver items. Instead, we provide the platform for users to connect, arrange deliveries, and process payments.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use OT.
  • By using OT, you confirm that you can enter into legally binding agreements.

3. Accounts

  • You must create an account to request or deliver items.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
  • You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • If you request an item, you agree to pay both the cost of the item and the delivery fee.
  • If you deliver an item, you will receive payment after confirming delivery through the app.
  • OT may charge a small service fee to support the platform. Any fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

As a Requester (someone who posts an item need):

  • You must pay for the item and delivery fee upfront.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate details about the requested item and delivery.

As a Traveler (someone who delivers items):

  • You are responsible for purchasing, transporting, and delivering the item as agreed.
  • You agree to deliver items safely and on time.

Prohibited items include illegal goods, restricted substances, or anything that violates local laws. OT reserves the right to remove requests or accounts that violate this policy.

6. OT’s Role

  • OT is not a courier company. We only provide the platform.
  • OT is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed items.
  • Disputes between users should first be resolved between the requester and traveler. OT may review the situation but does not guarantee resolution.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a delivery cannot be completed, requesters may be eligible for a refund of the item cost and delivery fee.
  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several business days.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraud or illegal activity
  • Misuse the platform

Users may also request account deletion at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • OT is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes that occur from using the Service.
  • Users are solely responsible for their interactions and transactions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app, and continued use of OT after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
